About Felicity Green

My path to discipline and focus has been through Iyengar Yoga. My teacher taught traditionally based on Pathanjaalis Sutras. The yoga term "darshana" is often translated in English as "philosophy" but it  means, "the way to live your life ethically." As my practice, which I started in 1964, deepened, my daily life changed to become more in line with Yoga Ethics.

I believe our daily life is inseparable from our spiritual life. The way I live my life must be in accordance with my beliefs. If your practice does not affect your daily life on a deep level it has only superficial meaning. My practice have helped me to develop wisdom so that I am able to live a life with less self-inflicted suffering.
